Upon completion of a 200-hour YTT program, participants should feel confident in their ability to lead a yoga class, have a solid understanding of yoga principles, and be equipped with the tools necessary for ongoing personal and professional development in the field of yoga.
Graduates will receive a certification that qualifies them as a Certified Yoga Teacher,

Aerial Yoga Training:
Want to learn to teach aerial yoga to others or deepen your own practice? Aerial yoga is a unique form of exercise that combines traditional yoga practices with the use of a suspended fabric hammock or aerial silk. This innovative approach allows practitioners to explore a range of poses and movements with the support of the hammock, enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance.
It’s such a fun practice to explore and we can’t wait to grow together.

What we will cover—
Aerial Yoga Techniques: Instruction on how to safely use aerial hammocks or silks, including mounting, dismounting, and transitioning between poses.
Yoga Fundamentals: A review of basic yoga principles, including alignment and breath awareness.
Asana Practice: Exploration of various yoga poses adapted for aerial practice, including stretches, inversions, backbends, and seated poses. We will cover restorative/zen, vinyasa, stretch-based.
Safety and Spotting: Training on how to ensure safety during aerial yoga classes, including proper equipment setup and how to spot students when they are learning new poses.
Class Structure and Sequencing: Guidance on how to design and structure an aerial yoga class, including warm-ups, peak poses, and cool-downs.
Teaching Methodology: Techniques for effectively teaching aerial yoga, including communication skills, cueing, and managing class dynamics.
Anatomy and Physiology: An understanding of the human body, focusing on how aerial yoga affects muscles, joints, and overall health.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Incorporation of mindfulness practices and meditation techniques to enhance the overall experience of aerial yoga.
Creative Expression: Encouragement of creativity in teaching and practicing aerial yoga, allowing for personal style and expression. We will have a scrapbook of our time together that will display your practice, your love for aerial, + inspiration to last forever
