We hope you can feel the groovy energy the moment you land on our website. The Groovy Yoga Studio is a one-of-a-kind wellness sanctuary— a meditation-based yoga and aerial yoga space created to help your mind and body soften, slow down, and truly feel good.

We’re a small, close-knit community with 13 silky aerial hammocks (each holding up to 300 lbs) and 25 mat spaces. Whether you're craving an energizing flow, a restorative reset, a slow and mindful stretch, yin yoga, or quiet time during our library hours—where you can read in a hammock or unwind on the couch—we offer something for every version of you. Our hope is that this becomes your second home, or at the very least, a place where you can let your worries melt away and remember how incredible you are.

Our Story
We opened our doors in March 2023 in a tiny space in Crowley. In the beginning, classes were small—sometimes just one to three people—but the love in the room was undeniable. That love grew, and within one year we expanded to 20 classes a week with sold-out events every weekend. Watching our community blossom felt like a dream come true. Every soul who showed up helped shape this space into something magical, and we are endlessly grateful for each of you.

A year later, our lease unexpectedly increased by 50%, far beyond market rent. I remember telling everyone, “We have to close. I won’t let someone take advantage of us. I don’t know where we’re going next, but we’re trusting the process—so get excited. Something big is coming.” I said it every single day for seven months.

We toured many spaces—some fell through, and others just didn’t feel right. Even though it was disappointing at times, I stayed hopeful. While searching, I began hosting aerial classes on my land. We’d gather in a circle on our silks, surrounded by nature, meditating together under the sky. It was an unexpected gift that bonded our community even more deeply. I’m grateful for that temporary chapter, but even more grateful for where we’ve landed.

Our New Home
In November 2024, we opened our new studio in the heart of Burleson, TX—truly a dream realized.
