Service Description
Unwind under the evening sky with a relaxing slow flow yoga experience at Lost Oak Winery. This outdoor class blends gentle, mindful movement with meditation, making it perfect for all levels—whether you're new to yoga or just looking to slow down and reset. We’ll move through a calming sequence designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and center your mind. After class, stay and savor a refreshing glass of sangria, included with your experience—because balance is everything. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend a class, you must notify us within 24 hours to receive a credit toward another class of equal value. However, if the class is waitlisted, we are unable to offer a credit. ➡️ Credits are only available for regular classes — not for events. We do not offer refunds or credits for special events under any circumstances. If you're unable to attend an event you've signed up for, you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member.
