Each class invites you to drop into breathe deep, and reconnect to your body with playful, flowing movement. You'll learn foundational hoop tricks, explore creative transitions, and be gently guided into your personal flow state-- that meditative, feel-good space where movement becomes effortless and freeing. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend a class, you must notify us within 24 hours to receive a credit toward another class of equal value. However, if the class is waitlisted, we are unable to offer a credit. ➡️ Credits are only available for regular classes — not for events. We do not offer refunds or credits for special events under any circumstances. If you're unable to attend an event you've signed up for, you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member.
