Join us for a soulful Ladies Night Ecstatic Dance—an evening of freedom, expression, and connection. This is a safe, supportive space created just for women to move, release, and reconnect with their bodies through music and movement. There’s no choreography and no right or wrong way to dance—just an invitation to listen inward and move however feels good in the moment. We’ll begin by grounding into the space and setting intentions, then flow into an immersive music journey designed to help you shake off stress, awaken joy, and express your authentic self. Expect laughter, release, empowerment, and deep sisterly connection as we dance together without judgment or expectation. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, energized, and deeply connected—to yourself and to a beautiful community of women. 💃✨

Cancellation & Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend a class, you must notify us within 24 hours to receive a credit toward another class of equal value. However, if the class is waitlisted, we are unable to offer a credit. ➡️ Credits are only available for regular classes — not for events. We do not offer refunds or credits for special events under any circumstances. If you're unable to attend an event you've signed up for, you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member.
