This fascia release workshop offers practical techniques to free restricted fascia, reduce tightness, and improve overall movement and comfort. You'll be guided through mindful, movements and self-release methods suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to bodywork or looking to deepen your practice --Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere where breathing, slow movement, and targeted release work come together to help you relax and restore. When the session concludes, we’ll gather for a cozy Cookie Showcase: bring your favorite homemade cookies to share (label any common allergens if possible) or come simply to taste and enjoy.
