What to Expect: In this immersive experience, you’ll explore the seven main chakras through a combination of guided meditation, breathwork, Yin Poses, sound healing, and energy balancing techniques. You’ll gain insights into the emotional and physical significance of each chakra and learn practical tools to support your healing journey. Bring a journal for any notes and journal / intuitive time at the end. Workshop Highlights: • Guided chakra meditation and visualization • Breathwork and yin movement to activate energy flow • Sound healing using crystal bowls, tuning forks, or mantras • Journaling prompts and self-reflection exercises • Tools for daily chakra alignment and energy hygiene

If something comes up and you’re unable to attend a class, you must notify us within 24 hours to receive a credit toward another class of equal value. However, if the class is waitlisted, we are unable to offer a credit. ➡️ Credits are only available for regular classes — not for events. We do not offer refunds or credits for special events under any circumstances. If you're unable to attend an event you've signed up for, you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member.
