Join us for a deeply nourishing Cacao & Connection experience designed to soften the body, open the heart, and bring you home to yourself. We’ll share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao made with coconut milk and honey—an intentional blend to support heart-opening, grounding, and gentle presence. As we sip, we’ll set intentions and create a container of safety and connection. This is a slow, intuitive yin yoga practice, holding postures for longer periods to encourage deep release in the body, nervous system, and fascia. This practice is not about effort or achievement, but about listening inward, honoring your needs, and allowing yourself to be supported. Movements will be gentle, spacious, and guided by intuition rather than structure. We’ll close with an extended self-love meditation, offering time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with your heart. Through breath, stillness, and mindful awareness, you’ll be invited to cultivate compassion, gratitude, and a deeper relationship with yourself.
