I’ve inspired myself so much that I believe I was put on this earth to help others do the same I’m envisioning 3-5 girls to work with for this new year  if you feel you are ready to take this step then reach out to me Sessions will be held at The Groovy Yoga Studio — we will sit on bean bags and chat / meditate / stretch — whatever YOU need  GROOVY GUIDANCE WILL TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE
