A yin yoga class focuses on holding poses for a long period time so you can fully release any and all stress you may be holding onto. The end of class will be focused on sound healing, healing vibrations, and time to rest.

Please make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your class or you will be charged the full price. If it’s a waitlisted class, we do not offer credits or refunds.
