Service Description
Being busy and rushing through life can tax our body and well-being. We all need time to slow down and nourish ourselves. Rest and restore both the body and the mind. Fully restorative class with poses that are done on the floor using a variety of yoga props to support the body. The poses are held for a several minutes at a time which allows you to relax fully. This class is a perfect complement to your weekly yoga classes! No yoga experience necessary.

Please make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your class or you will be charged the full price. This includes members** For any events, you must give us notice within 24 hours.
