Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses loving & gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of energy through the clients body to reduce stress and promote healing. At The Groovy Yoga Studio we combine our reiki with vibrational sound healing to help balance your energy and create a sense of relaxation in the body and mind.

Cancellation Policy

Please make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your class or you will be charged the full price. This includes members** For any events, you must give us notice within 24 hours.
