The benefits of floating as you defy gravity, and melting into the horizon of your mind is truly magical. Aerial Yoga is a fun way to access the pure joy and excitement that flying + floating in your silk gives you! This class involves traditional yoga poses with the added support of a strong, silky hammock that hangs from the ceiling. This particular class is stretch-based and beginner friendly. No jewelry or zippers please, this will rip the fabric and can hurt you**

Cancellation & Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend a class, you must notify us within 24 hours to receive a credit toward another class of equal value. However, if the class is waitlisted, we are unable to offer a credit. ➡️ Credits are only available for regular classes — not for events. We do not offer refunds or credits for special events under any circumstances. If you're unable to attend an event you've signed up for, you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member.
