Aerial Yoga
Our unique hammock system allows you to experience a deeper meditative practice. The benefits of floating as you defy gravity, and melting into the horizon of your mind is truly magical. Aerial Yoga is a fun way to access the pure joy and excitement that floating in your silk gives you! This class involves traditional yoga poses with the added support of a strong, silky hammock that hangs from the ceiling. The hammock is used as a supportive prop in poses like pigeon or downward dog, and helps you more easily perform inverted poses (like headstands and handstands) that might be beyond your abilities or comfort levels. It’s also used for a cocoon-like savasana (the final resting pose at the end of a yoga class). Classes are physically challenging as well as relaxing .Beginners are always welcome.
Although Aerial yoga can be performed by people with all levels of fitness, it is not recommended for pregnant women or those who suffer from vertigo or get dizzy easily, due to the flips and inversions practiced during the class.

Balancing Flow
Balance your energy and quiet your mind with this. The practice of balance postures are important to align the body's center of gravity with the Earth's gravitational field. Finding the balance brings not only your body into balance but also the nerve impulses, the thoughts and emotions and brings equanimity. Despite the challenges you may experience through this practice it's well worth it as it's great for strengthening the muscles and building coordination and balance.

Tuesday 6pm
Deep Yoga
This class moves through deep stretching and holding them for a longer period of time. This is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Living in a forward facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for everyone. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on breath gives the body time to fully relax and open.
